Party wall and Neighbour matters upon commercial office premises

The project included the extension and re-development of the rear surface car park adjoining commercial office premises at Springbank House Altrincham. The awards were deemed necessary due to the likely impact of mini piling undertaken within 3m of the rear retaining wall of the car park area to be developed.
MayZ were approached in 2008/09 to provide advice on the the likely impact and effects upon surrounding and adjoining commercial premises and residential properties bounding the rear of the car park.
The project completed in April 2010 involved the agreement of 6 party wall awards and two schedules of condition upon two adjoining residential units.
